Dammuso Katalea (with pool) is located in the northen-eastern part of the island, in a strategic point, between the light of the sunset and the sweet rays of the dawn, embraced between a burning sky and an infinite sea.
Unique and elegant like the Catalea flower, this dammuso has a refinement dressed in a sweet and bright atmosphere, which makes it the ideal place for lovers of beauty, tranquility and nature, and its lush garden of exotic plants that increase its beauty.
The main dammuso has a central body where we find the 2 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, 2 terraces and the spacious living room, together with the internal kitchen.
In addition, it has a spacious annex, with private terrace and kitchen, so as to make this property the ideal place for holidays with family or friends.
The strong point of this location, which makes it one of the favorite choices for lovers of tranquility and total privacy, is its majestic swimming pool with an infinite view of the sea, the sky and the free horizons, as in a painting in the heart of summer nights!
During the month of August, the Dammuso Katalea, can only be booked for 7 nights.
Minimum stay for the other months: 5 nights.
Check-in: after 12:00 am; check-out: before 10:00 am
THE PRICE INCLUDES:
• Utility bills for electricity, water, and gas;
• Linen (bedroom and bathroom);
• Final cleaning;
• Welcome in airport and/or port.
THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE (TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL):
• Security deposit: € 200. (it will be returned, only to guarantee the dammuso)
EXTRA SERVICES (ON DEMAND):
• Daily cleaning: 12 €/per hour
• Change of linen every day: 20 €/per person
