The Dammuso Selen (with swimming pool) is part of our exclusive category thanks to its splendid swimming pool and the beautiful sunsets it offers every evening.
It is a comfortable and practical Dammuso, designed for a family or two couples who want to experience a rural-chic holiday together in an intimate setting. The structure is a new restoration of a typical Dammuso, equipped with all comforts, with 2 independent bedrooms and private bathrooms, with 2 outdoor terraces, outdoor kitchen and outdoor dining area that will allow you to enjoy the enchanting summer nights under the magical rays of the moon.
During the month of August, the dammuso Selen, can only be booked for 7 nights.
Minimum stay for the other months: 5 nights.
Check-in: after 12:00 am; check-out: before 10:00 am
THE PRICE INCLUDES:
• Utility bills for electricity, water, and gas;
• Linen (bedroom and bathroom);
• Final cleaning;
• Welcome in airport and/or port.
THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE (TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL):
• Security deposit: € 200. (it will be returned, only to guarantee the dammuso)
EXTRA SERVICES (ON DEMAND):
• Daily cleaning: 12 €/per hour
• Change of linen every day: 20 €/per person
